H.R. 3524, the Family Farm Preservation Estate Tax Act, is currently in the Ways and Means Committee. This bill defers estate taxes on farms and ranches for as long as the property remains in the family and remains actively in agriculture. Forest properties ARE included in this bill. Keep this bill active by writing your Congressman to express your support.
